About Lesson
The process of organizing consists of the following steps:
- Determination and division of work.The first step in organizing is to determine the tasks required for the accomplishment of established objectives.
- Grouping activities. The various activities identified under the first are then classified into appropriate departments and divisions according to similarities and common purpose.
- Assignment of duties. The individual departments are then allotted the different activities to perform.
- Delegation of authority. Once the duties and responsibilities of every individual have been fixed, he must be given the authority necessary to carry out the duties assigned to him.
