GENERAL OBJECTIVE
The course seeks to provide the learner with knowledge of organizational theory and behaviour required by human resource professional in both public and private sector organizations. It equips the certified Human Resource Professionals with competencies to apply the knowledge of organizational culture, lead, motivate ,manage work groups and teams and handle power politics.
