About Course

GENERAL OBJECTIVE – 

This course unit is aimed at equipping the learners with knowledge and skills that will enable them to perform management functions in an organization. The course unit covers the overview of management; general principles of management such as planning; organizing; staffing; directing and controlling. Learners will also be taken through an overview of strategic management and emerging issues in management.
